Using a mix of lemon curd, cream cheese, caster sugar and vanilla extract we made some tasty dessert plaits.
We found a simple cheesecake recipe and added 3 dessert spoons of lemon curd and 120g of melted white chocolate that had been let to cool slightly to the cheesecake mix.
